    the turbos we ran this summer worked just fine.the rules were ok,when 8 out of 10 tractors are red make rules to help all,not just the red.why would I want to buy back a turbo that has been honed out and wont last three pulls.if you want a buyback put one on the tractor then people would stay legal,wont be any 20 or 30 feet in front
