The 2 day pull scheduled for August 28 & 29th in Farmville Va. has been CANCELLED. The make up pull for Lynchburg Va which was originally rescheduled for Oct 2 has been moved to the Saturday August 29th date. All the classes that were scheduled to run at Farmville on Saturday night will run in Lynchburg on August 29th.

We will end the points series this year at the Southern Showdown in Millers Tavern

Lynchburg Pull Rescheduled for October 2 @ 7pm

Check out the Schedule. We have added the pull at Sims Farm for Friday night October 2nd at 7 pm. This WILL be a points event. In the past we have always cut the points off at the Southern Showdown but we are making a exception this year for this event. This was a pull that was already on the schedule and had to cancel for unforeseen circumstances. Any questions please give me a call @ 804-514-5432.

Great pull in Madison Va. last night. The track was the best I have seen there in years and one of the best crowds I have seen there in quite some time. Thanks to the Madison County Young Farmers for having us there. Hope to have the results posted by this evening.

What's up with the "Untamed Horses " truck hooking to your sled lately? He was going around up here a couple of years back saying he would never hook to one of your sleds again. He was at Milboro to hook again on Saturday but the pull was rained out.

Culpeper Truck and Tractor Benefit Pull

Just wanted to get everyone up to speed as to what is going on with the outcome of the truck and tractor pull.

I apologize for the delay, I still have donations coming in as of this point we are looking at giving each candidate 4000.00 a pc which is 2000.00 more than last year. WAY TO GO DMP PULLERS :) as for we thank the Lord every day that we found such a great group of people to pull with. As for the results of the pull it just proves what a great group we have to show love for people they don't even know. Lets just take a moment and give a update on the two candidates for the 2013 pulling season.

Baby Ellie is currently in St Judes Hospital in TN she is undergoing her 3 round of chemo treatment has one more to go and then another 6 weeks of new meds and then she can come home if all goes well. About 2-3 weeks ago they did a CT scan on Baby Ellie and the tumor in her brain was gone (Praise the Lord for that) but the ones on her spine are still there. So please join in with us to continue to pray for her and the Lord does his work as he sees fit.

Krisite Klagges she is currently in Duke University in NC she was admitted for heart failure, kidney failure etc. the doctors was able to get her kidney functions back to normal and some fluid off her heart she still has some swelling in her lower extremities. This past weekend (weekend of the pull) was not good for Krisite as they put a iv in with medicine of IVIG to help lower her immune system and started her on chemo as well. Hoping they can get her immune system back up to put her on the list for her heart. She had a reaction to the IVIG this past weekend which was not a good thing. This is all I have on her at this point. I do keep in contact with her brother and he keeps me updated. I will post more as I know.

With Kristie getting the 4000.00 this will finally give her enough money to be placed on the list. At this point she is to weak to do so. So please join in with us to continue to pray for her and the Lord does his work as he sees fit.

Once the final donations come in will be presenting the two families with checks. We welcome any of the DMP family to join us in presenting these checks. Update for the 2012 Pull

Baby Camryn has had a pretty rough go over the past year. She has stopped breathing several times was airlifted out to UVA and was admitted for heart problems as well. Just about over a week ago she was admitted again to UVA for about 2 weeks with a pic line inserted to give medicine via IV. She now has been placed on the A1 list with that being said that means she is now top priority to get her heart.
