6200 Truck Outfitters Outlaw 4x4 Trucks

These stock-appearing machines may look tame sitting still, but don’t be fooled. The Outlaw 4x4 class allows unlimited cubic inches under the hood, paired with a mandatory single four-barrel carburetor, factory glass, DOT-approved tires, and no larger than a one-ton powertrain. They keep the street-truck silhouette — but once they hit the dirt, it’s all business.

And once again, Thomas “Tinker” Alphin made sure the business ran through him.

Piloting the hard-charging “Danger Ranger” Ford for Dragon Motorsports, Tinker continued to build on an already impressive legacy by capturing the Outlaw 4x4 title back-to-back — adding to championships he’s claimed in years past. This wasn’t a one-season spark. This is sustained dominance.

His 2025 campaign was stacked with statement wins across Virginia — Isle of Wight, Rockfish, South Boston, Victoria, Gladys, Buchanon, Dillwyn, and Amelia. Week after week, track after track, the “Danger Ranger” proved it could adapt, hook hard, and finish on top no matter the surface.

That kind of consistency doesn’t happen by accident. It takes experience, precision driving, and a crew that keeps the truck dialed in from the first hook of the season to the final pass.

Back-to-back champion. Multi-time title holder. And still setting the pace.

Congratulations to Thomas “Tinker” Alphin and the Dragon Motorsports team on another commanding Outlaw 4x4 season — the standard has officially been set.
